We are happy to accompany our placement candidates – if you and the direct supervisor so wish – through the probationary period as a coach and mentor to support the onboarding.
Often we have known these people for a long time and can proactively work on typical integration issues with you through our moderation. Of course, accepting candidates after the probationary period is entirely your decision. We know, however, that managers who have “grown” at a very international level often have other values than in a very German or European company, for example.
In this respect, we help you to understand and use some value differences as a development impulse for the entire company. Because, as you know, the topic of corporate culture development is a core SRP topic that we were very successful in the banking and insurance sector as early as the 1990s.
